Our shipping and handling contain five stages.

 

Confirmation

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order needs authorization. We begin preparing your order immediately after verification. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

Processing & Handling

It usually takes 1-5 business days for your order, to confirm the payment then to process your request depends on payment clearance. We will send you an email if the processing time takes longer than expected.

Processing time: To guarantee the quality of our products, Fashionalure has to prepare your goods carefully before they are shipped out. Our professionally trained technicians perform strict in-house quality control checks on all products and carefully package your items to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. After that, we put the proper packaging. We charge $5 for processing and handling.

Shipping

We offer standard shipping only at the moment, and we charge for $4.95 for standard shipping. $9.95 in total for shipping and handling.

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

*Shipping to the US normally between 2-5 days. An average of 7 days Without payment clearance, order verification, and processing which is (2-4 business days).

Delivery

Your tracking number and the specific company website link will be sent an e-mail immediately after we ship the order out. You can also track it in the user account on Fashionalure. We will also e-mail you if there is a premature delivery. After you receive the order you purchased, you are free to write a review and get points rewarded.

How do you ship packages?

Packages shipped from our warehouses depend on the item itself and the availability of stocks.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship. I happen to be in one of those countries. Please contact us to help you with your order.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be sent to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within five days, please contact us.

My tracking says, “no information available now.”

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order placed more than five business days and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

Yes, we expect to ship your items in the same purchase, and we will send them in same packages. Unless if we face some difficulties.
